Contour was designed to provide edge-to-edge functionality in any drawer and in any size. Contour’s unique Trim-to-Fit installation ensures the whole drawer is utilized – both functionally and aesthetically.<\/p>\n

When planning to use Contour in your closet designs, it is good to understand how it is installed and the sizing requirements from component to component.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Drawer Size<\/h5>\n

Typically we refer to drawer sizes by the SPACE they are being placed into such as a 24″ or 36″ wide section with 16″ or 20″ deep partitions.<\/p>\n

The physical size of the drawer front and the interior dimensions of the drawer box vary depending on style of front, material thickness, and by individual closet company standards.<\/p>\n

Contour products are based on this SPACE dimension however the actual product size is based on the interior measurements of a typical drawer for that space.<\/p>\n

For example:<\/strong> A 36″ drawer for a 16″ shelf depth has been selected to receive a Contour Jewelry Organizer.<\/p>\n

The Contour Jewelry Organizer is designated as up to 36″<\/strong> however the actual size of the components are \u00a034 7\/16″ (570mm) Width x 14 7\/16″ (366mm) Depth to fit maximum internal dimensions of 34 1\/2″ x 14 1\/2″. Note that the size difference of approx. 1\/16″ allows for some room for alignment and moving components freely.<\/em><\/p>\n

These maximum dimensions do not limit the use of Contour on smaller drawers as Contour can be placed in any size drawer through simple re-sizing of the materials.<\/p>\n

Contour organizers will fit any drawer size 36″ x 20″ and under.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Trim-to-Fit<\/h5>\n

Simple installation to fit any size drawer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Drawer liners are constructed of soft, strong faux leather and can be trimmed with a utility knife. Trim 2mm shorter than width and depth to ensure proper fit.<\/p>\n

Drawer dividers are wood material wrapped in faux leather.\u00a0 These can be trimmed with a fine tooth saw to fit any drawer depth.<\/p>\n
